Data we collect
- Discord account: your ID, name and profile picture (from Discord login), to give roles and contact you · If you verify an affiliation, we only check your roles in that server (when you verify and once a day, with the permission you gave, stored encrypted; you can remove it in Discord → Settings → Authorized Apps) and add you to our server as you allowed
- Roblox account: username and UserId, to open game access
- TikTok name: to identify the buyer
- Payment data: payment reference, amount, date/time and payer name, to confirm payments and prevent duplicates. We do not keep slip images. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe and never pass through our servers.
- Agents: contact email (from Discord, Google or typed in) and payout account, to contact you and pay commission · With Google sign-in we only ask for your email
- Technical data: IP address and activity log, for security
How we use data
Only to provide the service, check payments, send expiry reminders, prevent fraud and contact you about orders. We never sell or share your data, except with the providers we need (Discord, Roblox, Stripe, Google) or when the law requires it.
How long we keep data
Account data is kept while you use the service. Purchase and payment records are kept as needed for accounting and legal reasons · IP addresses are deleted automatically after 180 days · Key-redeem attempts after 30 days · Unused affiliation links after 30 days
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) by contacting our team on the LEXACY SHOP Discord server.
Cookies
We only use necessary cookies (login, protection against forged requests, your language, and remembering an agent link for 24 hours). No advertising or tracking cookies.
