Terms of service

Last updated 10 October 2026

1. Products and service

LEXACY SHOP sells TikTok Interactive Roblox games made by our own team. You get access to the game for the time shown on the product page. Access is linked to one Roblox account and is delivered automatically through Discord after payment.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in Thai baht (THB). You pay through Stripe with PromptPay QR, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), or Apple Pay / Google Pay on supported devices. You pay the price shown, with no extra fees. Access starts when the payment is confirmed and the time counts from that day. If the same Roblox account already has the same game, the new time is added to the current expiry date.

Orders must be paid within 10 minutes. If time runs out or the price changes, the order is cancelled automatically.
Prices shown are card prices. For games with a PromptPay discount, paying by PromptPay costs less, as shown on the product and payment pages.

3. Warranty and refunds

This is a digital product delivered right away. After payment or redeeming a key, there are no refunds and no game changes in any case.
If you can join the game normally after receiving access, the purchase is complete.
If the game does not work because of a problem on our side, we will fix it or add back the time you could not use.
For problems not caused by the game or our system (such as your internet, device, streaming app or account), we can give basic help, but there are no refunds.

4. Buying from other sellers

Our games are sold only on lexacy-shop.com and by our approved agents.
Buying from anyone who is not our agent is at your own risk. We are not responsible and give no refunds.
We only support games bought from us or our agents.

5. Streaming apps

The games work with TikTok LIVE apps such as TikFinity. Guides and starter setup files are on your My games page.
We give basic guidance only. We do not set up apps on your computer for you.
LEXACY SHOP does not own and is not responsible for third-party apps.

6. Accounts and security

You must stay a member of the LEXACY SHOP Discord server. If you leave, game access is paused and the expiry date keeps counting.
You can move the license to another Roblox account for 50 THB or 1.99 USD each time.
Do not share accounts, pass access to others or resell, unless you are our agent. If we find this, access is stopped permanently without refund.
You are responsible for keeping your Discord and Roblox accounts safe. We are not responsible for hacked accounts or data leaked on your side.
We may stop a license without refund in cases of fraud, fake payment slips, or chargebacks without good reason.

7. Community and contact

Contact our team in the TICKET channel on our Discord server. We reply in queue order.
Do not advertise other shops or speak badly about other shops in any of our channels.

8. Keys and agents

Keys bought from agents can be used on the "Redeem key" page or with the /redeem command on Discord. Each key works once. Agents are responsible for selling to and collecting payment from their own customers.

Agent terms

Keys and credit: Keys you buy cannot be refunded or changed to another game · Credit you top up can only be used to buy keys and cannot be withdrawn as money
Selling: You set your own price, collect payment and look after your own customers · Send keys or redeem links privately. Do not post keys in public
Affiliate commission: You earn it when other customers buy through your link · Buying through your own link earns nothing · When you reach a new level, past orders are paid at the new rate shown in the table
Commission payouts: Paid on the 5th, 15th and 25th, with the cut-off the day before · One withdrawal per round · If you do not withdraw, the system adds your balance to the round automatically · Changing your payout account needs admin approval · Commission from card payments can be withdrawn after 30 days. If the card payment is disputed before you withdraw, the commission for that order is cancelled (money you already withdrew is never taken back)
Agents outside Thailand: Commission is paid in USD via Wise or PayPal · It is converted from THB when you withdraw, at the shop rate (mid-market rate + 3%), and the amount is locked · The shop pays the transfer fee · Minimum $10; smaller balances carry over to the next round
No impersonation: Do not use our name or logo, or act as if you are the official LEXACY SHOP
Account suspension: In cases of fraud, spam, fake slips or chargebacks, we may suspend the account and cancel commission or keys gained through fraud
Changes: We may change key prices or commission rates. Keys you already bought are not affected
Personal data: Your email and payout account are only used to contact you and pay commission

9. Changes to these terms

We may update games, prices or these terms and will announce it on our Discord server. Changes do not reduce the access time you already paid for.
